Roxie’s BBQ Spot serves up seriously tasty cuts of meat such as pork shoulder, beef brisket and lamb shoulder, all slow cooked for a total of 10 hours and served with a selection of mouth-watering sides including merguez-style lamb sausages, fresh seasonal salads, Ancho chilli hummus and flatbread.

The meat is all slow-cooked and smoked after being marinated in a bespoke spice rub, making it deliciously tender when served. Not forgetting about the non-meat eaters, there are seriously tasty vegetarian and options of Bermondsey Frier cheese and smoked pulled aubergine. The founder, Matt, is an experienced chef and has a lot of fantastic recipes in his repertoire and is always happy to customise the menu to suit your tastes.

The delicious BBQ food is served from a 3m x 3m market stall, which is the perfect size to fit into most spaces and its signage gives events that cool American BBQ feel. The team can serve around 100 portions an hour.
