We form part of the well-known national bar operator Revolution Bars Group who operate the brands Revolution, Revolucion de Cuba, Peach Pubs, Founders & Co. and PlayHouse. 

As a spin-off in recent years we've dedicated time honing in on pizza excellence around the globe (Naples and New York to name a couple of inspirations) and created our very own pizza concept - Slice Shop.

We've catered at large scale events across the UK and worked with well known clients such as Oxford Brookes University, DHL, Nandos, Pure Gym, Admiral, The White Company, and Bet 365. 

Our pizza is unparalleled! Our dough is prepared daily with just 5 ingredients: flour, water, salt, yeast, and a touch of extra virgin olive oil. We double ferment it for a minimum of 48 hours, which makes it soft, light and easily digestible. We cook at about 430 degrees so we achieve the perfect balance with a crisp exterior and a chewy crust. That’s what makes it kick-ass! We only use the best ingredients including all-natural, slow-milled Caputo Red Italian flour, for the tastiest crust in town and San Marzano tomatoes for that authentic Neapolitan taste. Our signature dish is called the Pitsford Bee Sting, which includes hot honey cultivated from our own bee hive on our roof top!

We can operate indoors or outdoors, and with electric or gas. We've got different set ups to accommodate different needs, and can flex up or down depending on the requirements.
