The BBQ Project do exactly what the name suggests, tasty barbecue food cooked low and slow, jam packed with love and passion!

Using locally produced produce, our amazing team cook delicious traditional style BBQ with an English twist. Our crew bring unique aspects to each dish using both meat, fish & vegan centrepieces for each one. Just check the menu below, we were grand finalist and the Sussex Food & Drink awards 2019, 20 & 21.

The menu is stuffed with amazing items, including their low & slow BBQ Sussex wild boar wrap with Bramley, bacon and wild berry stuffing which is then served with smoked chilli pepper and garlic mayonnaise. Certainly a dish that will get your guests talking!

All of their fantastic BBQ food is served straight from their beautiful blue, wooden vintage food truck which is a stunning accessory at any party!.
