The Pizza Trailer serve up traditional hand-stretched Neapolitan pizza straight from their gorgeous wood-fired oven, housed within their restored vintage horse trailer. 

All of their dough is handmade from Caputo 00 flour (the very best) and is allowed to rest for at least 36 hours, giving you incredibly light and fluffy dough which is easily digestible.
