KoolCha is the latest concept from Michelin starred chefs Rohit Ghai (ex-Gymkhana) and Abhishake Sangwan. Their new concept is inspired by chef Rohit’s family recipes as a child. KoolCha serve traditional North Indian ‘Kulcha’ flatbreads stuffed with unique flavours.

The Kulcha flatbreads are served alongside a delicious selection of homemade pickles, raita, black dahl and chutneys. They also have an exotic drinks menu featuring cocktails, Indian beers and fruit iced teas. Their menu is full of delicious food including small plates such as their delicious Bambaiya Ragda and Ghata Masala Prawns. They also have a delicious selection of biryani and curries.

KoolCha were featured in Hot dinners ‘Best Restaurant’ feature and currently have a restaurant at Boxpark in Wembley, where they have built up a loyal client base.
