We have a range of measures in place to make sure that your booking is protected and that everything goes smoothly for both you and our suppliers, from flexible payment options to our own Togather Protect Plus.

We hold all you funds for food and drink bookings securely until after the event before releasing them to suppliers. It’s also free and simple to change your booking details with us.

If you’d rather not settle your entire balance upfront, you can opt for a monthly payment plan. Lock your chosen supplier in with a deposit (starting from 10% of total cost), and then split the rest into smaller monthly payments at no extra cost. We’ll take the payments on the 1st of every month. 

Our secure payment system holds your money in a dedicated account until after your event has gone perfectly. That means you don’t need to make a bank transfer to somebody you don’t know or worry that you won’t get the service you’ve paid for. 

It’s extremely rare, but supplier cancellations can happen due to unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather or equipment malfunction. Togather Protect Plus is an optional upgrade that guarantees you a replacement just in case your supplier is unable to fulfil your booking. Should the worst happen, our team will get all hands on deck to find the perfect replacement for you. We’ll also cover the difference in cost (if there is one), up to 10% of the original booking value.

We accept all major bank cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

No - whether you pay in full or split your payments, the cost is the same. The payment plan is purely there to make your life easier if you’d like to use it. 

Unfortunately not - all payments are taken on the 1st of each month.

Absolutely - if you'd prefer to, you can pay the whole balance upfront. The funds will still be held in an independent dedicated account until after your event.

This has never happened before (our team know exactly the right people to call), but if for some reason you weren’t satisfied with the replacement we find and decide not to go with them, you have the option to go for a full refund plus £75 on top
