Bhajis LDN was founded out of a deep passion for soul food, offering a contemporary twist on Indian street food that sets us apart from traditional restaurant menus. Our unique approach infuses modern elements into classic North Indian (Punjabi) cuisine. We started trading in November 2019 as a side project, operating one day a week in East London's Hackney and St Katharine Docks. When the Covid-19 lockdown began, we had to pause our operations. However, we resumed in August and have since expanded to various locations, including Hackney, Wandsworth, Canary Wharf, Waterloo, Beckenham, and now have permanent spots at Victoria Park and Crystal Palace Park Market. Since our inception, we have catered numerous private and corporate events, collaborating with renowned companies such as Disney, Marvel, BGFX, and many others. At Bhajis LDN, we specialise in Punjabi cuisine, featuring freshly grilled chicken tikka and paneer tikka as well as several vegan additions with a westernised twist on traditional North Indian flavours. We meticulously source all our ingredients and freshly curate and grind our masalas. We guarantee a burst of flavour in every bite of our food.

After falling in love with the street food industry as a teenager, I have been continually growing this business for the last 14 years. Our Managing Director/Head Catering Manager, Chris, manages all events with his team of managers. Please ask which package you would like a quote for. We have trialled all our menus for 3 months at Trinity Kitchen in Leeds to adjust our menu and recipes to ensure they are of the highest quality. We also offer a bacon sandwich stand if you want a late-night option to finish off your evening, along with dessert options of waffles or crumbles. Where possible, we use local suppliers for our produce. Our meat is produced by Dunwood Farm in Staffordshire and is only two miles from our base. We offer an all-in service, which includes packaging, forks, plates, condiments, etc., so you don't have to lift a finger. We are highly experienced with events, including festivals such as Leeds Festival and the Isle of Wight Festival, as well as various weddings, birthday parties, and other celebrations. Nick Moss, the younger (and we’ll take a punt and say more culinarily gifted!) brother of supermodel Kate Moss, is the founder of Vietvan along with his wife Tracy. Established in 2014, they are an independent caterer passionate about Vietnamese, Thai & Cambodian cuisine. With there annual travels to Southeast Asia to work with restaurants and street food chefs to ensure every aspect of their dishes are authentic to their origins. Vietvan’s versatile pop up guarantees high quality, fresh and full of flavour, South-East Asian inspired dishes. Favourites include their Vietnamese traditional banh mi baguettes, noodle salads, authentic bowl food, Vietnamese BBQ's and an array of canapés and light bites. All dishes are freshly prepared and can be heated on-site ready to serve or made to order on their grills. Guests can choose from a range of garnishes such as coriander, mint, Sriracha sauce, fried shallots and fresh chilli to bespoke their meal.  Vietvan are advocates of natural and organic ingredients, working closely with their suppliers to provide ethical and sustainably sourced produce. Nomad was born in 2022. The business itself is a culmination of a lot of things but especially my desire to cook a variety of different food. The people behind the business are me (Kieran) and my partner (Natalie). I am an avid chef that loves creating a range of different dishes from a huge range a cuisines. We truly love world cuisine (which is reflected in our business name) and have a special passion for eating. This is a 50/50 joint enterprise between me and Natalie but I specialise in savoury food and Natalie focuses primarily on sweet food and desserts. We have a huge repertoire of dishes that we have cooked and also that we are willing to test and try. Some of our menu options can be seen on our profile, but this isn’t ann exhaustive list. Nearly all of our food is homemade, with as many local and authentic ingredients as possible. We cater for every kind of different event imaginable but most of our schedule is taken up by wedding bookings and larger scale corporate events. We offer a wide range of services and meals, and our USP is that, within reason, we can try and offer you bespoke meals and accompaniments. We do this for two main reasons. The first is that this allows us flexibility as a business that other caterers and street food providers can't offer. The second is that we really love experimenting with food, and creating new meals and menus and this approach allows us to express ourselves and learn as chefs. Natalie and I both pride ourselves on our ability to offer great customer service and keep our clients as happy as possible. In terms of our values, if we ever need support, our employees are paid well over minimum wage for the simple fact that we value people and the time they're willing to give us.
