All served from the truck which is a masterpiece to behold! I aim to be as sustainable as possible and to that aim, use recyclable, biodegradable cups and compostable lids which I invite customers to bring back to me rather than throwing them in a regular bin to be recycled. I serve Oat, Coconut and Soya milks as an alternative to dairy and never charge for these, why should someone who has an allergy have to pay for there milk? My water is in cans rather than single use plastic as cans are infinitely recyclable. The speciality here is the focus on the coffee, I am on a mission to change people's coffee drinking habits from extra large (you just pay for more milk/water) to a smaller richer taste and to be able to literally taste the coffee. This coffee is truly special, from a small farm in Sicily, wood roasted to give it a unique woody, chocolatey flavour and a caffeine kick, yet mellow in taste.
