The DIY Cocktail Bar is set up with all the glassware, ice and pre-batched cocktails with easy to follow instructions on how to shake them and off you go! Under-counter fridge full of beer can also be provided if required

The Pecan Pie meets the Old Fashioned. A fusion of some great American imports with homemade Pecan and cinnamon infused Bourbon, stirred with chocolate wine and aromatic Brazilian bitters. Served on a single crystal clear ice cube.

Our signature Gin Fizz which is tall and elegant and inspired by a British favourite Rhubarb and bursting with luscious fruit and aromatic wine. British Rhubarb Gin, Rose aperitif wine, lychee and fermented raspberry soda.
