Amba

We’re Amba, a Middle Eastern street food business based in London. Starting post lockdown in the streets of east London, starting at broadway market hackney. On our street food menu, we offer a range of dishes inspired by food from a variety of Middle Eastern countries such as Israel, Iraq, Palestine, Yemen, Jordan, Iran and Syria. When creating our recipes, we take inspiration from these places and then tweak them to create dishes that are fresh, delicious and – wherever possible – made from locally sourced ingredients. Our signature dish is our filled pita sandwiches. Locally sourced handmade pitas steamed and stuffed with fresh and bold flavours.
