We are wild food. Think venison, wild boar, foraged ingredients, organic cheeses. Neatly packed in artisan buns and bread, nestled among local veg and homemade sauces.
We have an especially keen interest in planet-friendly meat, hoping to demonstrate to the hard-core carnivore that there is an option for them to be both meat-eating and environmentally positive. All of our venison is hunted wild as part of conservation efforts, benefitting local ecosystems by promoting biodiversity in areas that have been overcome by the deer population.
All of this is served from our beautiful vintage Peugeot J7 van - and yes, she runs! Through a lot of love and hard-work, we continue to make minor but essential changes to the way the van looks and functions, so you can rest assured that we are always looking for ways to improve on our aesthetic, efficiency and quality - an ethos that runs all the way through the business.
