Banquet 1415 was born in 2020 during the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. As a ministry of Youth With A Mission Forge, a Christian charity with a mission to welcome all to the banquet table, our team comprises members from across the globe united by our passion for good food and love for people. At Banquet 1415, our specialty is South American cuisine, with Matias from Buenos Aires leading the way in bringing the flavours of an Argentinean asado (BBQ) to the UK. Our signature dishes feature large cuts of meat grilled over charcoal, including beef short ribs, skirt steak, flank, ribeye, pork, chicken, and sausages, all prepared using fresh, high-quality ingredients. We take pride in our three homemade salsas, which add a zesty kick to every dish, and our numerous empanada flavours, each crafted with care. At our core, we are foodies who value the meaning behind our culinary creations. As a charity, our profits are reinvested into our passion for feeding people. We use our funds to run Holiday Food Clubs, host community meals, provide meal support to families, and other projects aimed at nourishing those in need. We are driven by our love for both food and people, and that is the essence of who we are at Banquet 1415.
