About Baxter's Catering
At Baxter's Catering, we pride ourselves on using top quality produce from the UK. All of our Fish comes from UK shorelines and is never frozen. This means when you book us, you are not only supporting our small business but you are also supporting the UK fisheries and fish traders. Your Fish will be delivered to us early in the morning of your event as fresh as it possibly can be and means we don't get to choose the fish you have but we always have a selection of; Cod, Haddock, Hake and many more! We also started offering a variety of other foods to our business ranging from fried chicken wings and fresh smashburgers! Come and have a chat with us, whether it be for your company lunch, your wedding or even just a celebration you have with friends and loved ones. Looking forward to feeding you soon.
