Just like the brisket we keep it simple. Low & slow for 12 hours with some heavy seasoning and wood fired reverse flow smokers to create the ultimate smokey flavour. Tender, smoky pulled pork, served with a tangy BBQ sauce. We then serve this in meat pots, with mac & cheese, in Burgers or on loaded onto fries.
