About Between the Bridges
Located next to the London Eye, a short walk from Waterloo Station, Between The Bridges is a unique and versatile event space with ample outdoor seating. The venue is styled according to the season making it a perfect choice for summer and Christmas parties as well as milestone celebrations, product launches, conferences, away days and much more. In the summer, the venue has a mixture of outdoor and indoor areas. In the winter and colder months, the venue is heated, roofed and winter-proofed making it suitable for occasions year-round! Between The Bridges has 4 private spaces catering for occasions of all types - from group bookings of 10 people to whole venue take-overs of 2000. The venue has six brilliant bars and six epic street food traders with food options tailored to all dietary requirements. The venue team also has a little black book of entertainment options for groups who want a fully bespoke and memorable event! Our food: Between The Bridges has seven food vendors on site. We offer pizza, seafood, Thai BBQ, burgers, Lebanese grill, Venezuelan empanadas and ice-cream at present. Vendors and menu offerings change according to the season. We cater for all dietary requirements and offer a range of Halal, vegan, veggie and gluten-free options for guests to flexibly enjoy. At events, guests have multiple catering options and eat at a suitable time for them which supports many companies' goals of inclusion and avoiding food waste. All our food vendors use sustainable packaging and we have mixed bins on site to support recycling. Our drinks: Between The Bridges has multiple bars across the site to include private bars when you hire a space. We have an extensive range of drinks to include cocktails, premium spirits and slushies as well as alcohol-free beers, cider and wine. We have a vast array of interesting soft drinks to make parties fully inclusive. All of our soft drink options come in recyclable cans vs using single-use plastic.

The Pier | Summer
The Pier can be hired as a private venue within our larger Between The Bridges space. The area has capacity for up to 800 guests - 600 inside and 200 outside on the private terrace. The space can be styled for more intimate 100 - 200 person events. The Pier offers a private entrance and is a self-contained space with its own bar, outside terrace, bathrooms, stage, screen, DJ booth, photo booth and private food vendors to cater for your event exclusively. The space has full AV available which will be included in your event cost. The space also comes with multiple staffing inclusions to include a sound engineer and DJ as well as bar staff, security and event management. This space is commonly used for: panel discussions, presentations, summer parties, Christmas parties, end-of-year socials, company meetings, company team building, informal awards ceremonies, large networking events. The Knot | Winter
This space is a completely private space for parties of up to 50 guests. It has its own bar and bespoke cocktail menu. The bar is fully stocked for guests who may prefer spirits, beer, wine or alcohol-free options instead of cocktails. The Knot has lots of natural light and fresh air circulating but is covered and has heaters to prepare for all weather conditions. It has ample seating - made up of tables and chairs as well as some high tables and stools. When you hire The Knot, your group would have access to The Dock too - a neighbouring 1000 capacity space with further bars, our food vendors, an ice-cream van, music and a photobooth. Groups in The Dock would not have access to your private space, however.

Hire The Pier for your next event, this flexible and unique purpose built venue can be reduced for a more intimate capacity starting from 100 people, up to full usage with a maximum capacity of 800 standing. The space operates as its own standalone venue and comes with your own private entrance, food traders, bar, toilets, plus an outside terrace. In addition, the space also comes complete with a stage, DJ booth, Photobooth, and a fantastic AV set up ready to go.
