Equipment is cleaned religiously for every single beverage, each shot is carefully weighed in and espresso weighed out to control a flavour profile with ratios. MILK, This milk is direct from a dairy farm in Kent and cannot be found is supermarkets. It has a higher protein content for addition flavour and texture. Steaming milk is an art form hence the latte art on every beverage to demonstrate control over liquid and gas. So much love and care goes into every cup.
