Big Kid Ice Cream

I had to remove this from my menu because my recipe was practically non profitable but I'm bringing this back by popular demand. Recipe unchanged so get it whilst you can, it won't last forever! Using pure pistachio butter (and not bulked out with cheaper nut pastes!) to make my ultimate pistachio ice cream. Pistachio ice cream rippled with pistachio butter salted caramel and topped with candied pistachios. Everything you ever dreamed of.

All the milk used at Big Kid Ice Cream comes from a local organic dairy farm just a few miles from my home. Chatham's Organic Dairy Farm in Shifnal are a small family run business who produce fantastic milk! This simple and delicious ice cream is great with anything and showcases a product which I am very fortunate to have so close to my home. If your in the area pop in to the farm and pick up some fresh milk - they have a takeaway vending machine and refillable bottles!

A way better way to enjoy Christmas pudding this year! Rich brandy butter ice cream filled with homemade christmas pudding. Even those who don't like christmas pudding will like this. Contains alcohol. 1.5% abv.

Inspired by a technique for making parfaits a spiced brandy custard is folded with Italian meringue just before churning to create a delicate and lightly spiced eggnog ice cream. Boozy and delightful.

My reinvention of a Cadbury's selection box. Homemade crunchy, salted fudge and chocolate flake rippled through an organic milk ice cream. A family favourite this Christmas.
