Offering Greek Gyros and Souvlaki amongst other tasty sides such as Halloumi fries, Greek Salad and Crispy Calamari. This was a lockdown creation from our company's ops manager Yiannis (extremely Greek). Starting life as a ghost kitchen, moving into a horse box for a short while, to being in fully purpose built Chrome Airstreams, our units are very aesthetically pleasing and certainly catch the eye wherever they go. The idea behind our food is to hit a little spot of nostalgia from one of Britains favourite holiday destinations. Having Greeks amongst our ranks has certainly helped us to keep recipes unique and authentic. We're opening to working on most types of opportunities. Music Festivals, UK Food Festivals, Corporate events, Birthdays, Weddings, Kitchen Takeovers to name a few. With other businesses within the hospitality sector, food and drink is what we do!
