Smoke handmade cheesy paprika, tajin and fennel beef brisket link, Mexican relish, onion crispies with house smoky mayo on caramelised onion brioche sub.

The Jerky Turkey
Smoked Jerk turkey, 4 day process, 24 hour brine, 48 hour marinade, then smoked and served with mango, kiwi and scotch bonnet salsa with smoked garlic aioli topped with plantain chips served on a crusty white roll.

House cured and 14 hours smoked short-rib pastrami, melted Swiss cheese, sweet ribbon pickles and shallots served with house salt lick mustard on toasted croissant.

Coffee menu
We run a speciality coffee menu with tea and hot chocolate. Ice lattes are also available. Affrogatos can be requested (ice cream with a shot of coffee poured over)

8 hour Smoked tandoori cauliflower burnt ends, pyaaz ka lachcha, onion crispies with oatley raita and chilli mango chutney.

Smoky Seoul Flowerpot
8 hour Smoked gochujang cauliflower burnt ends, chilli bamboo shoots, fresh coriander and spring onions with bbq peanut sauce and vegan kewpie.

Jamaican beef tatties
Smoked Caribbean curried brisket loaded on beef tallow potatoes tossed in parmesan and herbs and finished with plantain crumb, coriander and a lime and mango crema.

Smoky Seoul pot belly pig
Smoked Kurobuta pork belly burnt ends, glazed in house bulgogi sauce served with sesame seeds, coriander and pickled pink ginger.
