Our bestselling Bombshell Brownies in a beautiful pie! Our brownies can be made in a variety of flavours, our top 3 are the classic OG, chocolate Orange and rolo salted caramel. These pretty pies are finished with an Italian meringue buttercream and edible flowers sourced from a wonderful specialist farm in Devon These are vegetarian and can also be made to be gluten free.

This is where Bombshell Bakes started.. with rich fudge brownies! Our brownies can be made into a huge variety of flavours, if you have a favourite sweet, chocolate or flavour it can more than likely be turned into an awesome brownie. Our top 3 are the classic OG, chocolate Orange and rolo salted caramel but some of our newest additions have included S’more Brownies, red velvet Baileys brownies, Cookie Dough Brownies, Triple Munch and Mint Aero. All of our brownies are made with Belgian couverture chocolates and are vegetarian, gluten free options can be made upon request.

You can’t go wrong with yummy freshly baked cookies. Our main 5 are Oatmeal & Raisin, The Quadfather Chocolate Chip, Red Velvet, White Chocolate & Ginger and Birthday Cake. But we are always adding new additions as our Cookie of the Month to the menu such as. chocolate Peanut Butter, Mixed Chocolate & Raspberry, Sticky Toffee and Eton Mess.

Our delicious and award winning cake and cupcake flavours are now available in jars!. Our top 5 pictured are 24k cake, Chocolate Overload, Vanilla & Strawberry, Sticky Toffee and Lemon Meringue. We also provide a create your own option served from The Cupcake Stand where you choose which sponge, buttercream, filling and toppings you would like, creating your own custom cake creation!. This is a very popular option, especially at corporate parties These are available in 2 size options, 400ml which is equivalent to 3-4 cupcakes and a more modest 200ml individual portion.
