When the sun is shining, and everyone is getting just that little bit thirsty, what else but Italy's (and probably the UK's) Number 1 Summer Cocktail? The Aperol Spritz. With an opportunity to have a full Aperol Garden, including parasols, deckchairs and even beanbags... This bar can be used as a feature bar of even as a mini event space!

This Tequila based cocktail is known from turning even the most quiet drinkers into the life of the party! Fun fact: Rumour has it that the margarita was born in the city of Tijuana back in 1938. Carlos “Danny” Herrera owned a restaurant called Rancho La Gloria and claims he was inspired to invent the drink by a picky woman named Marjorie King...

The Espresso Martini is a sumptuous mix of vodka, coffee liqueur and espresso. Who would have thought vodka and espresso go so well together? It's rich, indulgent and creamy and the shot of espresso will give you that boost of energy if you are flagging after a busy day!

What does a Passionfruit Martini taste like? VERY fruity! These are a lot sweeter than a normal martini, so if you aren't a classic martini fan, this might be a nice recipe to ease into with.
