The brand is inspired by the army mess bars of India, where military regiments go to eat, drink and socialise. The menu explores various methods of Indian barbecue, from tandoors, charcoal grills, rotisseries, wood ovens to classic Indian smokers. The drinks offering marries together the food and social spirit of the restaurant with beer, whisky and cocktails on tap. Brigadiers has an extensive selection of delicious feasting menus, each one focused around a showstopping centrepiece including the Suckling Lamb Biryani, the Wood Roasted Goan Suckling Pig and the Tandoori Tomahawk Steak & Lobster.
