Brúm Mì

We're a group of friends that travelled South East Asia and fell in love with Vietnamese food, bánh mì in particular! During Covid we had a hankering for a bánh mì and started making our own. We quickly started offering click and collect services and then moved into street food. The rest is history! We now offer a range of services. We do lots of street food events, corporate bookings, music festivals and residencies. We also have a permanent spot at the Dark Horse pub in South Birmingham. We've had the same team for almost 4 years now and have a really strong bond. We feel this is really noticeable from a customer service point of view. We also pride ourselves on making everything fresh and from scratch even down to our signature sauces.
