About Burger Theory
Burger Theory has over 8 years of experience in serving their incredibly original and juicy burgers at major outdoor events, weddings and private parties, offering an entire menu dedicated to delicious Vegan alternatives. The idea was born in 2012 when the team burst onto Bristol’s street food scene with small festivals and pop-up restaurants. They quickly built a solid reputation for their unique handmade burgers formed from creative, globally-influenced recipes and now have a permanent restaurant site in Bristol. For smaller, intimate events, they use a smart gazebo whilst they’re fully equipped with larger units for festivals and large-scale events. All of their burgers are made with free-range meat and ingredients from local suppliers. Every element is made from scratch and truly unique, such as their house pickles, blue cheese dressing and Dijonnaise. Sustainability and inclusivity is always kept in mind as Burger Theory offer equally amazing vegetarian and vegan options, gluten-free bread and environmentally conscious packaging. Burger Theory grew largely in the festival circuit and the team have kept their fun and friendly service ever since and their menu is reflective of this by using exciting flavours from around the world. Burger Theory won Shambala Festival’s Sustainable Trader of the Year in 2019, were named a Good Food Award 2020 award-winner, and have regularly served at Noisily and Wilderness.
