8 Hour Brisket Scouse
Our take on the classic Liverpool dish, a dish very close to home with everyone having their own vartions on the classic, we took locally sourced brisket beef, stewed it to perfection and created our take on the stew. Filled with rich gravy, root vegetable classics and served up with our house pickles, fresh warm crusty bread rolls. It’s a fancy taste of home, a bowl of love and one of our clients favourites.
