Pan seared King scallops
One of our most requested starter options, and a pleasure to put together - freshly delivered by our fishmonger Ramsdens. Fresh scallops, pan fried & finished with butter, creamy risotto, laced with parmesan and garden peas, delicately smooth petit pois purèe, topped with salty, crunchy parma ham shards. And course, completed by micro leeks from our microgreengrocer, Nell's.
Fillet of beef wellington
Our fillet of beef wellington is a real showstopper. Centre cut, succulent fillet steak from our butcher Sykes House Farm in Wetherby smothered in a rich button mushroom & truffle duxelle. Delicately rolled in salty parma ham and encased in delicious puff pastry for a perfect wellington package. Served with either creamy dauphinoise potatoes, pomme anna or brie creamed potatoes alongside a rich red wine jus - it's the ultimate in luxury dining.

Deliciously rich & decadent, this melt in the middle chocolate fondant is the dish of dessert lovers' dreams. Made with fine Belgian chocolate, it's oozing centre blends perfectly with accompaniments of mandarin gel, sea salt caramel and either chilled creme anglaise or vanilla bean ice cream.
