Mark and Claire formed Cafe Allez! in 2017 to bring the best coffee shop experience to your business or event courtesy of Van Henri, their beautiful Citroen HY van. Based in the East Midlands but able to cover much of the UK, In order to create the perfect event they have top notch equipment on board; they're staffed by skilled, passionate baristas and their coffee is roasted in Nottingham by the highly regarded 200 Degrees. Since their formation they have catered successfully for scores of events and gone on to open the very highly regarded Cafe Allez! Belvoir Castle. They take sustainability as seriously as their coffee: for example their cups are fully recyclable and are manufactured in the UK.
