Gumbo & Cornbread
A delicious, deep flavoured Cajun favourite. Chicken, prawns and a traditional spicy smoked pork sausage (Andouille) in a thick 'Cajun Trinity' (bell pepper, celery, onions) based gravy. Rich, dark and moreish, served with our homemade cornbread. Vegetarian/Vegan Option - Meats are replaced with celeriac, green beans, baby corn, butter beans and red bell peppers.
