We are a team of large scale corporate event chefs, who turned our hands to the world of street food in 2021. Since then we have worked lots of high profile events such as the grand national at Aintree racecourse, race days at Haydock park racecourse, Southport flower show and lots of festivals including the full adored calendar who run 10 family festivals and were nominated for family festival of the year last year! We work out of a fully converted food truck and our salt ‘n’ pepper menu consists of chicken bites, pork sui mai, gyozas, spring rolls and fries, as well as our famous shareboxes! they are a real crowd pleaser! Everything is coated in our secret recipe seasoning and beautifully garnished with chillies, spring onions, fresh coriander and crispy onions.
