We serve fresh handmade churros, using a traditional recipe that just so happens to be vegan, too! Have them Mexican style with cinnamon sugar dipped in warm chocolate, or make your own sweet combination with our wild variety of melted dips and toppings! Some noteworthy creations from staff and customers: White chocolate marbled with pistachio butter, condensed milk double-dipped with raspberry confetti, and vanilla sugar with pink strawberry chocolate! We're a fun alternative to traditional desserts, and our range of delicious dips and toppings makes our churros fully customisable to suit everyone's tastes. Our iconic heart-shaped churro and eye-catching trailer makes for an ideal photo-op for all occasions. We designed our flagship Aistream Dolly to a "Wes Anderson meets Insta filter" aesthetic so, be it festivals or weddings, your guests will love the flower-bomb views and no-filter-needed backdrop we've curated. Our founder and staff alike have all come from hospitality backgrounds, and know all too well that inspiration is hard to come by when looking at the same four walls each day. With mobile catering, both our kitchen and our creativity can go wherever the road takes us. We serve markets, food and music festivals, weddings, corporate events and parties for any occasion! An ever-changing clientele means our menu can adapt or even be made bespoke to suit the event. Plus, we'll always have opportunities to try things out - be they old, new, themed, or... blue? Never say never!
