Cleopatra’s Kitchen uses flavours from their Egyptian heritage to bring delicious shawarma, kebabs and falafel back to Birmingham! Adib grew up eating shawarma and was inspired by a close friend to turn this into a business. He’s now regularly serving at Aston Villa and Digbeth Dining Club, specialising in lamb and chicken shawarma with falafels as an option for vegans. The shawarmas are encased in their flatbread that’s made fresh daily and accompanied with sweet yet salty house pickles and lashings of homemade garlic and chilli sauces. Cleopatra’s Kitchen serves from a really smart, black market stall complete with Egyptian decoration and you can book them for your next event here!
