After over 10 years baking and cooking in fine dining restaurants, two cosmopolitan chefs are ready to take part in a new exciting chapter which will see them preparing savoury galettes, sweet crepes, desserts and much more with a smile. Our savoury pancakes are naturally vegan and gluten free, and we fill them with freshly cooked seasonal products. A savoury pancake made with buckweath flour which is naturally gluten free. We fill it with our garlicky grilled vegetables and a good spread of hummous. 100% vegan and packed with flavour.
