About Dapao Fusion Kitchen

Dapao is a community-minded kitchen, doing wood-fired pizzas, curries and wraps. We’re a husband and wife team, and we love doing this - and that comes through at your event. Christina did her chef training in Singapore, so aside from traditional European flavours, you'll see Singapore-flavours (Chinese, Malay and Indian). Our food is slow - local ingredients, eco-conscious farmers, sustainably-conscious, cooked from scratch - but it’s served up fast - wood-fired pizzas are done in 90 seconds, curries are long-simmering, but ready to be eaten, wraps are custom-made in under 60 seconds. We call that slow food, fast. We use the best ingredients from suppliers where we can build relationships and trust - and where we know how they make our food. We use meat products from a farm in Wales and veg that comes from around us in Berkshire and Wiltshire, keeping things as local as we can. We follow the principles of the slow food movement - local, quality, sustainable. Together we offer beautiful and thoughtful food for the discerning foodie. Our good food also does good - after every event, we give 10% of our total revenue to charity. Singapore Satay Pizza (vegan)

You almost have to put the fact you're eating pizza out of your mind and just try your new favourite food. House made peanut sesame sauce (with a bit of chili) with fresh veg from the market - aubergine, spring onion, red pepper, carrots and red cabbage, garnished with coriander and cucumber slices. Pizza meets salad. This is addictive.

Singapore Laksa Pizza (vegan)

You wanted a curry, but your family wanted pizza? Try this one - full of flavour, but not too spicy. Laksa is a unique-to-Singapore curry, house made from a blend of things like ginger, garlic, lemongrass, chilis, and a herb that we grow ourselves called laksa leaf. We've blended that with coconut milk to use on the base. Topped veg from the Hungerford market - pumpkin, courgette, red pepper, baby corn and garnished with crispy shallots, coriander and a drizzle of a special laksa chili sauce.

Malaysian Rendang (vegan) (spicy)

Spicy Malaysian rendang sauce (house made with lemongrass, ginger, galangal, turmeric, garlic and other lovely things), jackfruit, aubergine, red peppers, onions, garnished with fresh coriander, cucumber slices and spring onions.
