About Destination Burger
How did the fabulous feast of global flavour that is the heart of Destination Burger come to be? I can remember it like it was yesterday - The Street Meat Vans of Wall Street, New York City, 2004. The smells, the vibrant flavours, the food trucks thrilling with their grilling, the passion and energy oozing from the guys dishing up these incredible edibles. I was hooked. And fascinated. Little did I know then what a career move to Tokyo and Hong Kong would bring my way. If New York had opened my eyes, the food trucks and flavours of Asia blew my mind. Inspired by the fabulous feasts I was eating from these food trucks I found myself dreaming of swapping my career on the trading floor for trading out of a food truck. And in 2021 that dream became a reality, I quit my job, bought a food truck and went on a mission to bring all the flavours of my life's travels to hungry diners in search of the best burger money can buy. It feels like my whole life has been a journey and finally I have arrived. Destination Burger represents my life and travels in a bun. But more than that it represents my values - quality, value for money and customer satisfaction. It's been 19 years in the making but my God it's been worth the wait - every Destination burger, packed with a feast of global flavours truly is a burger like no other. So if you've got an event coming up we've got the recipe to make it a success: Take one cool as, iconic airstream food truck. One deliciously different menu oozing with a feast of global flavours.
