The Street Meat Vans of Wall Street, New York City, 2004. I can remember it like it was yesterday. Adam's journey started over 20 years ago on. The smells, the vibrant flavours, the food trucks thrilling with their grilling, the passion and energy oozing from the guys dishing up these incredible edibles. I was hooked. And fascinated. My first culinary encounter with food trucks and street eats had opened my eyes to a whole new world of delicious dining and I was hungry for more Inspired by the fabulous feasts I was eating from these food trucks I found myself dreaming of swapping my career on the trading floor for trading out of a food truck. And in 2021 that dream became a reality, I quit my job, bought a food truck and went on a mission to bring all the flavours of my life's travels to hungry diners in search of the best burger money can buy. It's been 19 years in the making and that's why Destination Burger truly is a feast of global flavours. I've worked in catering for over 30 years, from a fine dining offer at Trent Bridge Cricket Ground, outdoor catering events, the very best coffee van ever and now street food across the Midlands. I share Adam's passion for quality food & excellent customer service. I've joined the Destination Burger family and bring the very best burgers from around the world to the Midlands (and beyond!).
