Our secret recipe tomato passata, Mozzarella with a touch of Cheddar, Punchy Italian Gorgonzola, fresh sliced pear and crushed walnuts.
Garlic Pizza with Mozzarella and Marmite
Sounds weird, but it works, normal pizza base with garlic and butter, topped with Mozzarella and a touch of cheddar, finished with a swirl of Marmite. This is all melted to a heavenly combination in our wood fired oven.
