E8 Fish was born on the streets of Hackney, Broadway Market E8 to be precise. We have grown from a market stall offering hot cooked fish dishes to encompass Festivals and Events where we operate as a high volume trader.
Under the stewardship of founder Will Davis a professional trained chef now based in London’s Billingsgate Market, we are able to provide ethnically and traceable produce to our food chain.
We have a 40 year old J9 Peugeot van we use as a facade with working kitchen behind. Bespoke gazebos with front of house or dark kitchen for volume events. New addition to the the family is our fish van with its range fryer, griddle, refrigeration with the ability to be self powered all day.
Notable events we have traded at through 2024, Winter Wonderland, Glastonbury, BST Hyde Park, Standon Calling, All Points East, Lost Village and residency at the London Stadium
