I am the director of EMR direct ltd a catering company based in the south west and south east of England and have traded at some of the biggest festivals and events across the UK, We have all the sufficient paperwork and insurances needed at hand mostly supplied by NCASS, and we have a 5* hygiene rating with our local authority and many councils that we work with. We excel in busy trading events whilst keeping up with high standard products and excellent customer service. We make recycling and sustainability one of our top priorities and we take it very seriously to try and do our part for the planet, we have all our stock delivered by one supplier and distributed to one location to reduce out carbon emissions footprint, all of our food packaging is bio degradable and left over food and waste is recycled/disposed of the correct manor. All our produce is locally sourced where were able to and blue tractor/fair trade approved.
