I am professional chef with 25 years of experience. I have started my journey in my home town: Krakow, Poland at the age of 15. After finishing 4 year of culinary art college I gained experience working in top restaurants. In the age of 23 I have left Poland and moved to Jersey in Channel Island where I learnt classic French style cooking. In 2008 I moved to UK and since I have been working in various high end restaurants and gastropubs in Oxford, Warwick and Leamington Spa. Recently I quit my full time job to focus on setting up my Catering business and delivering high quality services across Midlands and Warwickshire
