El Huichol

We are 'El Huichol ', the only authentic mobile Mexican food van in Cornwall. We are based in Newquay and serve the South West. Our menu is primarily comprised of beautiful Mexican food including tacos, guacamole and quesadillas. We love food and delicious flavour combinations, we can flex to most things as the van is well equipped. Carla, our lead on taste is a time served chef, trained in both Jamie Olivers Fifteen kitchen and the River Cafe in London. We have passionately recreated the flavours of Mexico, creating irresistible combinations of texture, taste and tone. We bring the fun of Mexican cuisine to events and can provide pinatas and tequila and mezcal tasting for events too.  Mexican food is on trend around the country and indeed the world at the moment, and we'd love to share it with you and your friends. Our food can be served plated to a high standard, in a relaxed sharing / feast manner or on a street food style - the choice is yours!
