Tortilla de patatas
The combination of sautéed potatoes and onions, mixed with free-range eggs makes this tapa an all time favourite. Similar to an elevated British omelette, and served with garlic mayonnaise. (V) (GF)
Pisto
This dish is very popular in Murcia, roasted aubergine, courgettes, onions and peppers, stewed in a home made rustic tomato sauce. (Ve) (GF)
Patatas Bravas
Hand-cut potatoes, deep-fried, topped with Garlic Mayo and Bravas sauce, which is a smoky sauce made up of olive oil, smoked paprika and tomato paste. (V) Can be made Gluten Free and Vegan.
Calamari
Fried Squid accompanied with salad, lemon wedge and garlic mayo.
Croquettas
My personal favourite, these are made from a mixture of a cheese sauce and Serrano ham, rolled in breadcrumbs and deep fried to crispy perfection.
Albondigas
Pork and Beef Meatballs in a rich tomato sauce, served on top of hand-cut fried potatoes. Can be made Gluten Free.
Paella de Marisco
The Spanish national dish have to be paella. We cook in an open fire, with all the seafood in season and fresh fish. We only use Valencian rice, Spanish paprika and saffron. We make our own fish stock!
Churros
A cinnamon and sugar topped fried pastry dough stick with Spanish and Portuguese origins. Served with a choice of home-made chocolate sauce.
