Our Halloumi is made just outside of Bristol by a wonderful Greek Lady at Abbots Leigh Dairy - a mix of both Sheep & Goats milk we pané in Gram Flour & Turmeric, deep fry until deliciously golden, then drizzled with our home made Harissa Aioli, Seasoned Yogurt, Pomegranate Molasses, Sumac & Mint. Utterly delicious
