Based in Pembrokeshire, Feast specialise in open fire cookery & smoked bbq. We have a passion for local, quality & seasonal produce working closely with independent farms & producers here in West Wales. All of our cookery takes place over open fire using local, sustainably sourced firewood & charcoal and has an element of theatre. One of our most popular dishes that we cook is whole lamb asado. A unique way of cooking that is not widely used & a real eye catcher at events, we are able to use the whole beast, minimising waste and also source our lambs & other produce from the area local to each event, championing local producers. We can caterer for a variety of events and work closely with clients to create unforgettable feasts!
