At Fire & Dough, we're an award-winning, wandering wood fired pizza company. We're based in Northumberland, serving in towns and at weddings throughout the year. During the summer months, we embark on a summer festival tour, heading around the UK to some of our festival fields. We pride ourselves on our quality and have been voted best mobile pizzeria in the North-East two years running. Apart from our award-winning pizzas and our eye-catching stall, we believe the following sets us apart: Staff: the majority of our team have been with us for over 4 years and all hail from our local community. Profit-share: we split a percentage of our profit with our team. Produce: nearly all our products now come from the UK. Our flour is from Wildfarmed and regeneratively farmed, our meat comes from Cobble Lane Cured and Cranstons our local butchers and our cheese is produced in the UK. Sustainability: we offset travel miles to festivals with a local tree planting initiative; all our packaging is biodegradable; we are continuously reducing food miles and getting vegetables local to events; wood is sustainably sourced from within 25 miles of our unit.
