About Fold Me Close
Neapolitan style pizza - always made with our own handmade dough. Our slow rise dough produces the authentic Napoli style airy crust with characteristic char. We use the finest grade Italian 00 flour certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, San Marzano tomatoes & Fior di latte mozzarella from Naples. A local drought of 'proper pizza', an obsession with dough, and a love of travel to Italy sparked the Fold Me Close concept. We now have our snazzy food truck (a converted 1980s VW horse truck called 'Pam'), an awesome prep kitchen unit, a five star hygiene rating, and a full events calendar. We'd love to do your event, too! We're a small team of 6 including weekend and event staff and have several flexible event set up formats to cater from everything from private birthday parties and weddings, to large scale outdoor events. We like corporate lunches (we'll set up camp in the carpark of your office or warehouse), street parties, pub garden pop-ups, weddings, birthdays, christenings, bat mitzvahs, bar mitzvahs, conferences, charity bashes, team building events, festivals, sports events, fireworks parties. We've not been asked to do a funeral yet, but we're not ruling it out! We're flexible, professional, reliable... and love what we do.
