We are Andy & Amy/麻美 (Mami) and are lucky to live part time in Japan but mostly in the UK. Amy has brought a lifetime experience of creating fantastic food to produce traditional authentic Japanese Home cooking, "Harriet" is our 1970's Castleton Caravan that has been converted to operate as a commercial kitchen but retains her COOL individual look. We are able to produce different food menus and styles for evening social nights to daytime business/corporate or parties and events. We create our food offerings based on real Japanese Street Food, where the custom normally chooses from a selection of smaller individual plates. Chicken or Tofu Katsu
Chicken Katsu curry is a very popular dish for home cooking in Japan. Our curry sauce is created using a unique selection of ingredients and vegetables and served on a bed of steamed rice . Our locally sourced chicken thighs are covered in panko bread, air fried and placed on top of the rice and mild curry sauce. Chicken can be replaced with Tofu

Sushi Norimaki
Norimaki is similar to sushi but made as a roll of nori seaweed wrapped around white rice. We can make a range of filling styles of vegetables, meat, smoked fish, pickles or caviar.

Onigiri
A Japanese rice ball made of white rice wrapped in nori seaweed. The fillings are either; tuna, cheese or plum
Beef Curry
