About Gourmet Street Kitchen
We are Gourmet Street Kitchen, based in the South West. We have two festival setups, one of which specialises in serving up gourmet mac & cheese, gourmet hotdogs and loaded fries (believe us when we say that these aren’t your average mac, dogs and fries!) and the other specialising in serving up Cornflake Fried, Buttermilk Chicken. We don’t skimp on the quality of our ingredients or our cooking processes and it shows in our end product. We try to promote sustainability using locally sourced ingredients where possible with over 80% of our food purchase coming from the south west, also being fair trade and ethically sourced. We use a team of professional chefs who add a touch of theatre to our service with the team confidently and constantly tossing pans and blowtorching food within our stall in front of the customer. We have a zero single use plastic policy and all our serve ware is biodegradable and compostable. Our setup is unique, eye catching, professionally built and sturdy, which also adds a great backdrop to any event. We are used to dealing with a high volume of customer quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of food and service, with many small, medium and large events and festivals in our annual calendar, such as Glastonbury Festival, Boardmasters Festival, Beautiful Days Festival to name a few. We have a five star hygiene rating and can provide all the relevant legislative documentation required to run our business safely and professionally.
