Gourmet Warriors

Hi, we are Gourmet Warriors. We are a group of food-obsessed friends who have spent most of the last decade eating, drinking and cooking our way through the world’s best cuisines and street foods together. In April 2022, with a sold-out Bristol launch party, we set out on our culinary journey. Since then, we have hit the streets in our gazebo, serving our food at markets, gigs, weddings and festivals all across the south and doing pop-ups and residencies at some great pubs and venues. We love tacos, so we made them the staple of our menu. We have honed our craft with a mixture of traditional Mexican recipes and some of our fusion creations. Our signature dish is Birria tacos. You will always find them on our menu alongside a constantly evolving menu of tacos and sides catering for carnivores, veggies and vegans alike.
