About Grilled Cheese
Starter Culture is an artisan cheese and wine shop. The shop was founded on the idea of bringing artisanal food items from the UK’s best and brightest micro-businesses to Southside of Glasgow. We only use locally baked sourdough bread and best of the British cheeses to make our fabulous Grilled Cheese Sandwiches. The chutneys used in our sandwiches are from small batch producers. With every crunch of our Grilled Cheese Sandwich you will taste real flavour and real cheese. We have worked on many events such as the Edinburgh Fringe, TRNSMT, Commonwealth Games, European Games, Beer and Gin festivals across the country. We are an all out female team, thoroughly professional, charming and friendly.
