A concept starting in a fine dining restaurant where our chef was dressing up the humble Hash Brown to Micheline level, he felt the need to create a base to showcase this incredible food on a more accessible level, topped with all the best bits the culinary world has to offer. 
After a number of small pop ups we decided to go full throttle and in our short history have already traded with the like of Twickenham, Lords, Warner Brother, Box Park and Netflix, as well as festivals and events up and down the country. 
From fresh truffle loaded Browns to our Class Mac and Cheese Loaded Hash Browns, we have it all and not much we wont put on them. 

We are the only people focusing on the fabulous Hash Brown as front and centre, and want to push it up to the pinnacle of culinary glory. 

We have just purchased a fabulous new truck and she will be ready to roll out shortly, making us even more mobile and available for events far and wide.
